Bill McLemore is the major antagonist of the 2001 direct-to-video animated film Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase. He is a student of Professor Kaufman's game making program who despite seeming nice at first by the end of the film turns out to be the one behind everything as it was he who created the Phantom Virus because he was upset that Kaufman picked Eric Staufer's Mystery Inc video game over his Baseball game hoping the Virus would scare Eric away as well as the one transported Mystery Inc and the Virus into Eric's game in the hopes that he will never be caught.
