William Bill Harding was a spree killer, and a stalker, and also the main antagonist of the Fatal episode of the ninth season of Criminal Minds.

Background[]
Bill was born on March 29, 1973. Before Fatal's events, Bill works as the former shinyard worker, he also had Quentin Randy Hartway as his best friend. Bill also suffered from post-traumatic stress due to the experience Bill had in the past when Randy was responsible. He was also a big fan of Greek mythology even about the labyrinth and the Three Fates. However, one day Bill was diagnosed with mesothelioma, and when Bill was in line waiting for his turn to get on the plane. However, due to the people in front of him, he missed the plane to cure his illness. After that, Bill was very furious and decided to take revenge on the people who hindered him from wanting to live.

Bill soon started his revenge by killing three people who were on that day, Helen Mitchell, Wayne Campbell and Carlos Ortega. Then he killed Janice Cheswick by stabbing her with poison. With that, BAU is soon called and decides to investigate. And they realize that unsub kills all their victims based on Greek mythology, specifically the Three Fates, which are Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos. Then on May 1, Bill tried to target Bonnie Taylor, but then gave up. Later on the same day without wasting time, he then replaced his boss and best friend as victim Wick Griffith. He tried to kill him because he thought he was responsible for his illness. However when BAU arrived and they managed to convince him that it was not his fault. Bill then surrenders to the authorities. Afterwards not shown, but Bill died from his terminal illness.

- Bill is the third Criminal Minds antagonist to die from an off-screen disease, the other two being Chase Whitaker and Joe Smith. Both three were arrested and killed off-screen for their illness.
