Big Bob real name Robert Gupta was a minor antagonist from british soap opera Hollyoaks. The character appears between August and October 2014.
Big Bob was an associate and former prison cellmate of Trevor Royle, Big Bob reminded Trevor he owes him a favour after Trevor asked Big Bob to protect John Paul McQueen. Big Bob demands 50,000 pounds from Trevor but the miney is later stoken by Esther Bloom, as a result Trevor is beat up by Bob's heavies and Grace is later kidnapped, Trevor recruits Freddie Roscoe to help track down Bob's where abouts and rescue Grace in which the do so thank with a little help of Esther.
In October 2014, Bob along with Freddie attempts to steal pharmacy drugs from the local hostpital a armed Bob holds people inside hostpital this included both villains Lindsey Butterfield and Cameron Campbell, the latter killing Bob during a struggle for the gun. Freddie surrives after being shot by Bob during the siege.
