Armand Zakarian is the minor antagonist of TV series Cobra Kai. he was the greedy landlord who are in United States.
He was portrayed by Kev Davitian.

Armand is the greedy owner of a strip mall. Despite this, he loves his son Roland very much. When Johnny Lawrence sets up the dojo in the mall Armand takes a great dislike to him and is manipulated by Daniel LaRusso into raising Johnny's rent so that Cobra Kai would have to shut down. Daniel later feels guilty but never tells Armand how he used him.
As the Dojo increases in popularity Armand tries to jack up the price but Johnny refuses to give in, feeling he's unreasonable. While Johnny is away visiting dying friend Tommy. Armand makes a deal with John Kreese to hand Cobra Kai over to him. Later on, Armand makes a deal with Daniel's wife Amanda and tries to have his nephews intimidate Kreese into leaving but Kreese overpowers them and Armand tells Amanda there's nothing he can do.
