Animal Control, also known as D. Fourrage and J. Menard are the overarching antagonists of The Secret Life Of Pets (despite them having a small role). D. Fourrage was voiced by John Kassir while J. Menard was voiced by Jason Marsdon .
Bio[]
They were first seen trying to catch Max and Duke but failed when Max and Duke are rescued by Snowball. They were not seen again until the middle of the film when they tried to catch the two dogs in the Sausage Factory but failed when boxes of sausages fall on them , then they finally caught the two dogs , however they caught Duke , then Max tries to save Duke but Snowball chases him but since Snowball's sidekicks also got caught by The Animal Control , he decide to help Max so because of that , they use a bus , and hit the truck which caused it to fall on the ocean , its unknown what happened to The Animal Control
