Ali Blobi is the secondary antagonist of Where's Waldo? episode "The Land of the Carpet Flyers".

Biography

Ali Blobi steal everyone's racing carpets in order to win the race and rub a golden lamp to become king. The people in Land of the Carpet Flyers want Rudniesh to make new ones so they can enter the Rug-Burner 500 this afternoon. When Blobi and his servants came to meet the three, Rudniesh berates him for stealing his plans. Blobi tells Waldo to stay out of this and while he is off to prepare for the race. Ali Blobi arrives back home where Waldo, Woof and Rudniesh invading his property. Waldo tells Blobi that on a carpet made out of red bird feathers and red birds were really mad. Blobi tells Rudniesh if he win the lamp with the genie, maybe he'll let him wish for your plans back.

When it's time for the race, Blobi drives off to win the Rug-Burner 500, which Waldo and Woof uses their carpet. As the three arrive at the race, Blobi is angry at them. When the race starts, Waldo, Woof and Rudniesh manage to beat him. Blobi brings out his moths to eat Waldo and Woof's carpet which the three fall down to Princess Alalala and Waldo decides to buy the flying couch. As the three continues catch up to Blobi, he throws out the red birds while Waldo, Woof and Rudniesh rescues them.

After the red birds are ordered to give the three a little feather power, Blobi tries to lighten his load so he can win the race. The two racers beating each other and Blobi finally wins which the crowds boos him for that. He gets the golden lamp in order to wish for becoming the new king. The Genie comes out of the lamp and tells Blobi that he rub the lamp a wrong way. As punishment for Ali Blobi, he gets sunk into the golden lamp. When Odlaw rubs the lamp, the Genie comes out to grab him by beating him and Blobi up. After the two get thrown out of the golden lamp and Blobi squash Odlaw. Rudniesh rubs the lamp a right way and the Genie crowns him as the new king.
