Alexia Ashford is the main antagonist of Resident Evil: Code Veronica and it's updated version, Resident Evil: Code Veronica X. She is also the posthumous and de facto unseen overarching antagonist in Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. She was born as a clone along side her twin Alfred into the Ashford family and one of the founders of the Umbrella corporation Edward ashford, she was cloned using the dna of the family’s long dead matriarch Veronica. After creating the T-Veronica Virus and using it to transform her father/creator into a monster, Alexia went into a fifteen year long cryogenic rest to harness its power.
