Albert Lawrence Cheney was a serial killer, and also the main antagonist in the Law & Order episode "Vengeance".

Cheney was an electrician who committed his first homicide during his apartment, he was arrested and released for five years. However, Cheney soon started killing several women as a control position. This caused two Law and Order detectives to investigate him, who were Mike Logan and Phil Cerreta, then when they both found the Bookeeper suspect, they soon found evidence that incriminated Cheney.
