Adrian Baker is a former surgeon who lost his license and how sells prescription drugs. He is also visited by Madison Paige at his home where he receives her and gives her a glass of wine, although it doesn't matter how the player does in the game, Baker will noucaute and tie up. He reveals his sadistic and psychotic intentions, and will kill the under torture just like he did with Matthew. In the game it depends on the player's action, Madison can escape and leave Baker alive, she can be left helpless and Baker kills her, or if she escapes Baker and she will have a fight that will end in the death of both.
